I'm 15, about 5 feet 5 inches and weigh only 90 lbs. I work out for half an hour 4 times a week and have a fit body, yet I'm ashamed of my low weight and skinny look of my body... My friends weigh 110- 150 lbs and they sometimes joke on how skinny I am.
Lately I began drinking a weight gaining vitamin drink everyday and only gained about 8 lbs. I eat 3 medium sized meals a day. I'm not even very active. Most of my day comprises of gaming on the computer with my friends. I don't know why my weight is so low.
