Lately I began drinking a weight gaining vitamin drink everyday and only gained about 8 lbs. I eat 3 medium sized meals a day. I'm not even very active. Most of my day comprises of gaming on the computer with my friends. I don't know why my weight is so low.

Eat lots of sweets. It will definitely make you gain weight, if health is not an issue.
Some people just have high metabolisms and it is very hard for them to gain weight, I'm a male, I'm 5'9 and I only weigh 120 pounds and I'm 18. I don't even have to exercise, my metabolism just does all the work for me.
You're 15. Just keep doing as you're doing and you'll gain weight soon enough. It's only a matter of time before you make a similar thread asking how to lose weight.

I don't know if it'll actually make you gain weight like you want to, but the fastest way to build muscle mass is to drink a shit ton of chocolate milk and lift weights often.

Are you doing cardio? That could be it.
When you burnt off the fat, it's to be expected.
If not, either you didn't eat enough or your metabolism is high. Humans are supposed to consume 2,000 to 2,500 calories per day.
Also my brother is 5'9 and he weighs 125 lbs.

Why is it that you people always think that the only thing to suggest is sweets and junk food?
Just eat lots of foods with carbs. Pasta, potatoes-root vegetables, pizzas and a whole F**K load of other things that are not sugary. Frankly eating foods high in carbs in far easier to put on weight than just sugary foods. But be sure not to eat to little foods with sugar at the same time as it will cause an imbalance in your bodys internal tom tom.
Eat red-meats and carbs. Working out too it helps. I'm 5' 7 and 120 and packing muscle.
Don't listen to these faggots who say "Oh I just have a fast metabolism". I used to be that fag. But now I know it's bullshit. Just change your routine to starting strength and eat shit loads of protein. You will see insane mass gains. INSANE mass gains.

Count calories, try and exceed 2500 a day. Oats and milk, protein powders, etc help like wonders.
Skinless chicken breasts, eggs are high in protein and cheap. Cut out all cardio that you can. Try and lift weights otherwise you'll become skinnyfat (skinny arms, bloated tummy).

Well it's all about your blood type in all seriousness. If you find that out, look up the blood type diet and see what your body works with and not works with, Go with the things your body is against and you'll gain weight.
For me, eating veggies and fruits actually makes me gain weight. Eating bread and meat actually makes me lose weight even though I don't like meat or bread for the most part. For MOST people it's the opposite. More than likely you need a lot of gluten and fatty meats in your diet. Pasta, pork, so on so forth.

The bread will raise your blood sugar and your body will store the fat on meat. Fruits and vegetables are good for vitamins and minerals. Make sure to eat fried foods because you'll pack pounds with those.

I need to do the same. One suggestion is to have food with you at all times. Some sort of nuts to carry with you to snack on non stop daily to help you gain weight.
I was in the same boat, then I started eating a lot and exercising a lot. That's really all you need to do. You'll build tons of muscle.
Lift weights. Squats, deadlifts, bench, power-clean, stuff like that. It will build mass.
