Biology is a personal favourite. And my favourite subcategories of it would be Evolutionary Biology, Medical Science, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

Can't beat a bit of Adenosine Triphosphate, or Adenosine Diphosphate for that matter. The Kreb Cycle is known by many terms such as the Citric Acid Cycle or Glycolysis. Too many resources and none of them can make up their mind upon the matter.
Psychology, biology, geology, astronomy, and sociology are some of my favorites.
I like most sciences to an extent.
