Smash Bros. Flash Game Question.

Hey, i have a question, or kinda like an offer i guess you could say,

I make these hour long movies of Super Smash Bros. with a software called Garry's Mod, you may not be familiar with it,
It only carries the "Super Smash Bros" name because it copies the Subspace like story, and the character mix, but mine mixes a ton of Game Characters from all kinds of series and consoles, from Nintendo to Playstation and Xbox Exclusives like Sackboy and Master Chief,
(Please don't let the character mix alter your decision, its just a fan movie, and its just for fun.)

But im gonna be working on the next sequel soon, and was wondering if anyone be willing to work with me on this project,

I have tried to make this Flash Game on my own, so its not like im asking first before trying anything for myself,

It was originally supposed to be the Flash Version of Super Smash Bros. 3, but was unfortunately canceled do to it being too big of a project for me to complete on my own,

And i planned for it to have cutscene like parts which i would make of course, in between fights, kinda like Subspace,

So what im asking is, if i provided the Character Sprites, Stages, Music, Cutscenes and all that good stuff, would someone work with me in this project, and just put it all together in a flash game?

and i know its not as easy as "Just putting it together" but, ya know,

Super Smash Bros. 3 had 148 characters, but i of course wouldn't ask anyone to make 148 playable characters, i would lower the roster majorly,

I would love to make this happen, but im unable to do it alone,

I asked the Super Smash Flash guys and a few other people, first and they said they were to busy with other projects right now, which is understandable, and if you are busy with other things too, then i'll completely understand,

and im not asking for anything extremely fancy,

I wouldn't need a Training Mode, Vs Mode, Stadium, or any of that other stuff,

All i would need is a full on Story Mode, and if its possible, the pauses in between Cutscenes where you can then select the character you want to play as out of the ones given,

you know, Cutscene rolls, after cutscene finishes the screen pauses and a little bubble appears over the character you want to play as, then a battle happens (which would be the flash part), and then it repeats all over again, i wouldn't even need an adventure mode part, just fighting parts.

Im not sure if anyone will take on this offer, but it can't hurt to ask right?

I know this would be a very big project, but i would love to see this happen.

You can bump it a couple times... but after that it should be pretty obvious that no one is interested ...and if you continue to do it, it will most likely get locked.
