USB port's on your motherboard or the front of the case?
I hate it when people with no knowledge of what they have, have things that are amazing...
Or, just to shorten it, I hate it when people have nice things, and I don't.

I really don't think you need those kind of specs at all if you cannot figure out a simple USB issue..

Buy a Mac.
Sounds like you have a lot of money to blow. Besides, your computer is completely riced up, do you really need 250 blue LEDs just to make it look cool? It's not like you're gonna use them for anything but showing off.
You have 16GB of RAM, and an i7-2600K, and all you got was a bitch ass pussy bitch fucking GTX 560? Oh my god, I hate you so much right now.

lol look at all the haters, i actually went inside the pc and saw that the PSU was not connected to the 3.0 hub and manually connected it.

those actually came stock with the water cooling and case...lol , i had no idea it came with it.
Watercooling and seven fans? That's just wasted money if you only use a single 560. A good fan for the i7 and maybe a few more in the case would be enough to cool that rig.
That's a pretty sweet rig, with all those fans though, how loud does it run (Minimal load and full load)
My GTX460 gets a tad noisy when at 90-100% fan speed, but I'll lock it at 80-85% when playing pretty intensive games.

You don't need to post all your specs complete with pics. USB3.0 is fully backwards compatible with 2.0, and some USB3.0 devices are backwards compatible. USB 3.0 just has extra pins for high speed transport and I think some A/V or something. The connectors are slightly different at the back, but the standard USB 4-pins are there, so you should be able to use it. Just make sure it's fitting properly, and you have the drivers installed correctly. See if it will work with a USB3.0 device as well.

Not really, in raw processing power, the most expensive (with realistic options anyone would actually need) Mac pro would easily beat it. Then again, I believe that's a $5k workstation.
An i7 won't beat a dual Xeon.
You need to clean that thing from dust!
Or your usb cable is broken.
