Fire Fighter sticker contest

In Michigan Governor Rick Snider fired all the fire fighter on Christmas eve and is now going after there pensions.
We need a sticker design for supporters to put stickers of on there back windows.

The sticker design needs to be 7in tall by 8in wide, 4 colors,
and say "What scares firemen? Rick Snider"
(vector graphics would be preferd but I can convert any jpgs or gifs}

The design is up to you and your creativity.
The ideas that have been tossed around have been something like a fire fighter running into a raging inferno.

The winner will get there design on hundreds of thousands of vehicles.
They will also get a thousand stickers to pass out or keep for them selves.
They will also get the sincere thanks from thousands of men who save hundreds of lives a week.

Yikes, the conversion from CMYK to RGB did wonders on the quality of this image.

great design.
but I think the want something showing a fearless fire fighter.
Like a fire fighter walking out of a burning building or something.
Maybe fighting a dragon IDK.
I love the vector look though.

Also acceptable is a grim reaper cutting a fireman's thought with the name Rick Snider on his cloke.
