RANT WARNING! Just gonna warn ya' now but this is a rant.
Okay, I seriously hate this Generation of kids. Most of them are idiots. Actually, I'm part of this generation, I'm thirteen, and I hate them. Kids are so stupid now. They can't even use whole words. I've seen my class members post the words PPL and UR too many times! FREAKING WRITE OUT THE WHOLE DANG WORD! It takes about 2 more seconds and virtually no effort! WHY? My generation likes the stupidest things. Call of Duty? Yeah it's pretty much the same as the other 100. Justin Bieber? Yeah, little girls singing is totally awesome. Jersey Shore? Nope, not even going to think of something, it just sucks. Liking these things would be fine if they didn't talk about every 5 seconds on Facebook. "Watchin Jusee Shor" "Playn cal of dute" "Lisenin to teh Beebstur" I just hate those people. A kid seriously wrote on Facebook "Fell down the stairs again" SERIOUSLY!?! They also say the most retarded things. I am a nerd, I'll admit it, but I don't care, but once a kid called my gay for playing a DS, and a couple days before I saw one of his friends rubbing himself against another dude. Just freaking messed up. Once a kid said being smart doesn't matter but being able to beat someone else is. When you grow up you can be a gangster. That sounds fun doesn't it?
Whatever rant over, I hate everybody (and I'm not even emo!). What ticks you off the most about today's generation?

Kids were and always will be fucking stupid. Your generation is no worse then any before it. You know all the sub par shit? Yeah, everyone forgets about it and only the positives or extreme negatives are remembered. Learn this now, it will save a lot of angst later.

Don't associate with others who think that shunning academica and playing thrall to the latest trends is an acceptable way to spend your life. Which is the majority, I agree, but out of every generation of kids there have been the few, productive ones. The ones that decided to get passionate and start early in life.
Yeah, we all know teenagers have always sucked. First step is to realise you're not inherently "better" then them just because you can spell. Second is to realise that they're the mediocrity. Go learn some skills, and get good at them.
Adults? They respect kids with skills in some activity or other. Even threatened by them.

The new generation is growing up with all this technology and luxurious items and they don't even care to learn. That's the problem. Not just yours but mine (will, I'm 18 so we might be the same generation). Us young people don't care anymore. That's why English is going down the shit hole, along with quality taste in music, style, and entertainment.
Btw, are you in jr. high or high school? In high school, we tend to get a little more mature so some of these problems will fade a bit.

You too have my respect. Thank you very much for commenting. I'm in my first year of Jr. High (In my area kids start High School when they are 15 or 16) so I have a long time until then. I think it's fine when kids have some of those "luxurious" items, as long as they deserve them. I hate when kids that are failing school and have no respect for rules get iPhones and laptops and X-Boxes. I myself have a laptop, but I got it by watching a kid every week-day for a whole summer. I'm not poor but my parents make me actually work for some of my things, which some of those kids don't. I know this one girl who got a iPod Touch and a Laptop, both from her parents and the next year for Christmas she got a Chameleon. It's not always fair, but i guess life isn't supposed to be...
