I have been trying to buy Minecraft and made a PayPal account to do so. I went over to Minecraft's website and logged into my account and went to purchase it. After logging into PayPal and pressing "Pay Now" I get an error message that says "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."
Can someone help?

Did you link your bank account to your paypal first? Once you do that you can take money directly from your bank and make a payment instantly with no fees.
