Newgrounds went many years without a video game forum, as you might be able to guess from the forum id (15 compared to General's 1). Without it, all the video game conversation happened here (with the exception of strains in various related clubs and other social threads). Newgrounds plays host to a vast amount of gamers so I'm sure you can imagine how flooded General could get with video game threads. There was a need to separate them, it wasn't done just for the hell of it.

Wrong. If that were the case, Tom wouldn't of fabricated the voting system. If you are having trouble making a decent flash submission, check out Newgrounds' pretty great Flash Tutorials collection page. Either that, or submit your crap to Youtube.
