I don't see how that's a problem. Penn station is pretty much a self contained mall, so I and whoever is picking us up can hang out til your train arrives.

That would be cool, but since I'm crossing the border on bus, I might be late. Could be a matter of minutes or could be an hour. I'll PM my phone number to Dave so he can text me if you guys are sick of waiting :P

Sup ya'll. I need to know what's going on for the under 21 folks when we all meet on Friday. I also need to know where Dave is so that I can crash at his place for Saturday.

All of the events on Friday are open for people under 21 and even under 18, except for the evening/late night bar hopping. I don't have Dave's exact address but I think he lives in Bensonhurst--talk to him first.

Cool. I think friday is the best day if we're doing a poker tournament.

Unchanged from last year. Each MetroCard swipe deducts $2.25 with a free bus/SIR/Roosevelt Island tram transfer within 2 hours. SingleRide tickets are $2.50, but avoid buying those.

Are there any weekend passes of stuff like that?

No. One-day fun passes (where you could get as many rides as you wanted in a single day except for express buses) used to exist, but they're no longer around. Unlimited weekly and monthly passes are still around though, but I doubt most people are staying here that long. I have a monthly pass but only because I live here. The best you can do is estimate the amount of rides you'll need and get a regular pay-per-ride card.

I guess the passes act as a reloadable card?

This is a heads up, that im gonna be changing up some stuff on the hub page. The karaoke shit will likely move to friday. Its too tight of a timeline to get out of coney island by 5. that and tom is coming out on friday as well so yeah. I'll also be moving the meet on friday later in the day cause im gonna wait for the boss and check-in to my room and such. I'll send a new mass pm and edit the hub page over the weekend. That is all.

That's unofficial...sort that out with Symbol. I don't think everyone's going to make it there.

Eh, poker sounds meh anyways.

I'd much prefer a bonfire in the backyard while we dance around it half naked in buckskin.

there will be no poker games at my place... i find poker to be boring and i guarantee nobody will want to put up enough money to hold my interest in a game... plus i dont gamble with minors... hell i dont gamble at all... and also .. ITS NY FIKKIN CITY... wouldnt you rather be out somewhere doing something then sitting in my place staring at cards?

I know a place where a few of us guys could play poker on friday night if the events night become 21+ It's a few blocks away from penn station. There's a freeroll tournament every friday - however, at least bring $10 to tip the dealer if you please to do so

I'd rather be consuming ungodly amounts of alcohol with Symbol like last year.
