A wide range of LFO options gives you that pumping action you need.

And sometimes when one osc isn't enough, you gotta cram 3 or more in there just to keep 'em happy, sometimes tweaking it a little to the left or right until it feels right.

If you don't want to put a filter on that oscillator, try combining it with the new VagInA Subtractive Synth for a great doubling effect.

It is recommended that you use the patented Condom driver to prevent any serious nine-month latency.

Pulled the stick outta my ass at the last minute and beat this song to death with it. Putting some finishing touches on it and checking some progression things to see if I can do anything different to any part of the song that could use some oomph in it.

Between the now and the upload, I'm gonna clean up the main file and dump all the unused projects for all to pick at because I'm bored and generous.

Also poop.

Uploaded the song, and I've got a mess of unfinished projects to show how the ideas progressed. They're free for anyone to use, build upon and work on; I'm not gonna finish them anytime soon.

I remember FL Core doesn't allow DirectWave.

Direct Wave Player is free with all version of flstudio, so yes it could have been used.... Regular directwave is not however.

But its samples, most are demos. Even if you bought them, think about one of the judges open your FLP and 'files not found'. you fucked up.

So has anyone heard from dj-nate in a while? This thing ended already and he hasn't posted anything, returned my PM or answered his cell phone.

I don't have anything to worry about, I only used default samples, and double checked them.

I assumed Steak had used The default Strings soundfont when he mentioned using the soundfont player. If that's the case, then he could have just replaced the soundfont player with directwave and reloaded the soundfont. If he used some custom or 3rd party soundfont, then yeah he can't do that.
