I Cant Color In Flash !!!

I dunno if my drawings are to complicated for flash to fill out in color but its rather annoying. I dunno if it's something i'm doing wrong but i'd like some guidance as to how to cel shade in flash without having problems. Every time i put the paint bucket over my finished outline it will not fill out the color, i'm tired of doing black and white cartoons so any advice would be appreciated lol. I've already tried the close large small and medium gap thingy....So take a look at my drawing so help me out please ^.^

As long as the lines are on the same layer as the one you're trying to paint bucket, it should fill them if all lines are closed.

ok, i used to do all my drawings and doodles in flash,

your linework needs to be on the same layer you are on if you want to flood fill... also... make sure ALL your lines are connected, try zooming in and hiding any other layers you have shown.

then zoom out and flood fill that area *its alot easier that way*...

alternatively... you have make a layer UNDER your line art and paint away like normal...
