I'd probably go out with him.
if he was cute
Can you feel it mister Krabs?
I would be flattered, but would keep my distance from that person afterward.

Don't be stupid.

Well if I knew him, I don't see why I wouldn't.

I like how this post implies everyone on NG is a dude, which is nearly true.
Anyway, I'd be flattered but weirded out. I don't understand why you'd be disgusted by a compliment, unless your opinion of yourself is so low you hate receiving positive feedback.
Like an intern.

Well, are you straight/bi/gay? I'm confused.
It'd be flattered. No reason to be so appalled by it, the guy is only giving you a compliment, in no way should that be doing harm.
The guy below me is gay

I'll give you one guess and the first guess doesn't count.

Flattered. A compliment is a compliment.

So If I sent you a PM saying "mm, I think ur cute :33." That wouldn't bother you? lol. Its just weird if your straight and you receive stuff like that from other men.. It's just creepy. IF they simply said
"Hey, I think you're good looking." That would be perfectly acceptable cause it's a straightforward compliment, but if they add flirtyness to their comments, its just weird.
I'd just ignore the comment, unless I liked him.

This. Just because a gay guy tells you you look good doesn't mean they're gonna try to fuck you.
You look nice today.
This guy brutally sodomizes me.
Cereal is pretty cool. If you're cool you'll add me on Steam. Also, Letterboxd.

I would keep my distance, but the compliment would boost my ego because:
Not only are you attractive to women, but you attract guys to. Now that's swag XD
one time at a bar/resteraunt a server guy offered to buy me a drink in a gay fashion, i politely declined, my friend was ilke, did he just offer to buy you a drink? haha, it was funny

It'd be really surprised it's a guy, weird yea because of how unexpected it would be, but still not disgusted. But i do understand where you're coming from, and your reaction is as natural as mine.
The guy below me is gay
It's a positive comment. I'll take it.
As long as he doesn't get really creepy and start bothering me, I'll just say something like thanks or something.
Wow, a lot of homophobic people on newgrounds.
I wouldn't care, this has happened to me before. I actually have a few gay friends. They know I'm straight, I know they're gay, doesn't mean I think any differently of them than I do my straight friends. I'd probably say thanks and give him a high five the next time I saw him.
Say Thanks and feel awkward for a few seconds.

"Thanks, but I just don't swing that way."
My reply.
I'd be pretty shocked. And disgusted.

This is how I feel about this, too.
If someone isn't writing anything inappropriate or lewd, what's the big deal? It's a compliment! Plus, look at it this way; a lot of women find gay men attractive (hence why some even go as far as to say 'Ugh, what a waste!', for instance). So if a dude found you attractive, then it must mean there are some women who feel the same, right? Women and gay men can have similar tastes in their guys, so I would look at this compliment as a good thing, and not feel offended or threatened by it.
Boop boop beep boop.
I'd be flattered. I'm not homophobic in the slightest, which is strange because my father and siblings can't stand homosexuals, or "faggots" as they like to call them.
Bounce Bounce Jiggle Bounce :3
Well at least I'm somewhat attractive.

I have a gay room mate. I kinda have to put up with it a lot.
flattered, slightly awkward. cuz I'm not a homophobic prick.
Oh no another member of my species finds me sexually attractive.
Better call the rape police.
cocks.
On facebook for everyone to see, I might delete, that's a good way for rumors or simply unwanted attention to be brought about yourself. Although, I'd still enjoy the compliment.
I have had like 2 or 3 of gay people tell me I was the best looking guy at a certain event. However both times were when I was complaining about girls and alcohol was involved. Not to flatter myself but I get the feeling they were trying to pick me up.
Not that the attention is never not appreciated, in all honesty.
