merry christmas. I didn't get a lot of music presents but I did get Transient Master and enough money to buy myself a Balance and some mics.
This was the year i was suddenly old enough to get ignored by everyone in my family for gifts.
I just got a wad of cash from my rents.

Well, my dad got me a violin, but the assholes sent us a brown one instead of purple, so we're disappointed (story of my life with these idiotic instrument dealers)... From both of my parents was the new Zelda game for Wii (Skyward Sword). I can't wait to play that shit, but I gotta find my nunchuk first.
My brother got me a Doctor Who shirt with a Dalek on the front that says, "EXTERMINATE," which I flipped shit over and a Lil' Wayne shirt. Pretty happy with that.
My sister got me a bunch of holiday chai teas. I'm betting it was really cheap, but I like tea, so I don't care so much.
My wife got me- Nada. Yeaaaahhh, whatever, tight on money anyway. I got her a Tahitian Vanilla scented candle, which she shat bricks over.
Now I gotta wait for the rest of the family to get here. Hope I get cards or something- haven't gotten a single Christmas card this year. :(
Oh yeah, BBC got me a new episode of Doctor Who for Christmas. You'd better believe my wife and I will thrash anyone who's using the telly when it's time for that.

I think they're more or less the same as my EM700's. Good for transient-orientated stuff, not alot of body sadly! But at 50 quid, I can't complain!
