Normally a man releases a certain hormone after sex which causes him to get tired, while a woman often releases a hormone that instead causes her to do shit, at least this is what I learned from some movie that I saw as a kid, I don't remember which one it was anymore, but oh well :D

Not to mention that the brain also releases oxytocin and vasopressin during an orgasm which are also related to sleep in humans. So that, scientifically, is why you are sleepy after orgasming.

Also, I used to get tired and fall asleep almost right away after, dick still in my hand. Most of the time I masturbated specifically so I would fall asleep.
