No prior submissions but here is a link to a basic game I made: Match 3 Game. Sorry for the graphics but I'm not an artist. It has gravity an tiles, scoring system, and basic GUI. Known problems include blocks overlapping when falling (due to higher blocks having a larger speed than lower ones after multiple clicks in a row beneath), and the lack of a setting menu (all the vars are set up, but I'm tired of doing the GUI).

The partner(s) are going to be the developers, I'm just a coder so bring your ideas and art here. Please post first to let others know that you may be interested. I'll send you a pm to get more details and post on this topic if all goes well.

It can be non-payoff as long as the game is high enough quality to let me earn "street" credit for future games.

About me: I started coding about 3 years ago with as2 and I was a horrible programmer. My first attempt at a partnership ended in disaster. I upgraded to CS4 and then next partnership crashed when the developer ran into problems with the feasibility of the game. After that, I decided to take a long break. When I decided to try coding again, I found I was progressing much faster than before (probably because I was young before and impatient). I rebuilt the original Match 3 which was messy and inefficient, and after over 500 lines of code, its nearing completion. I am planning to attend college in the field of Computer Science, so I am practicing my skills for when I need to learn a new programming language

Since its the begging of Winter Break, I plan to work for about 5 or 6 hours a day for the next 2 weeks, which will be a good start to the average game. From there, my medium class load will allow 1-2 hours on week days.

If you need more info, just ask. If you have tested my game and found a bug (Good job! I've been testing the heck out of that thing!), let me know so I can make things right!

Happy Holidays!
