I worked at a four star restaurant a while ago as a waiter, and they let me have one free meal for working there. It was steak, lobster, asparagus, potatoes and deep friend carrots.
It was the best thing i've ever eaten.
Your whole dish has been had by my pallete. It is quite delicious indeed.
I'd have to agree, lobster is rather delicious.
Lobster is only tasty if you dip it into melted butter.
That being said, Lobster is delicious.
Did you know that Lobster started out as a poor-person food, and then was later taken over and made 'high-class' by the wealthy?
"In North America, the American lobster did not achieve popularity until the mid-19th century, when New Yorkers and Bostonians developed a taste for it, and commercial lobster fisheries only flourished after the development of the lobster smack. Prior to this time, lobster was considered a mark of poverty or as a food for indentured servants or lower members of society in Maine, Massachusetts and the Canadian Maritimes, and servants specified in employment agreements that they would not eat lobster more than twice per week. American lobster was initially deemed worthy only of being used as fertilizer or fish bait, and it was not until well into the twentieth century that it was viewed as more than a low-priced canned staple food."
I eat caviar with my lobster, and a couple of shots of Vodka to go with it.

I have. It's good but not as good as crab.

Lobsters are cooked alive.
Isn't that just awesome?
Lobsters are creepy as fuck.
1. They look like mutated Cockroaches.
2. Those eyes.
3. As far as anyone knows, they're basically immortal.
4. When cooked, they're red. Hell spawn anyone?

But when you put one in your mouth, it's like all that shit don't matter anymore.

Well since it's not a fish I think it's safe to assume that it doesn't.

But it's from the same place.
I sort of tried shrimp once but never lobster. I don't think I would, they look scary and stuff. But I am curious about the taste.

As far as taste goes it's in the same ball park as crab and lobster, but think of something lighter almost bordering on tastelessness, but still subtly complex.
Good god I could go for some Lobster right now.

Steak and lobster are two of my favorite foods, as well as tuna steak (especially ahi tuna) unagi, saba, kani, calamari over fettuccine fra diavlo or tortellini ala vodka...okay, I'm getting hungry now.

Eh, I eat squid and octopus and eel, too. As long as I don't have to kill it, whatever. You can buy just the tail and just the claws, too.

That's a tough call for me, but I'd probably go with lobster. I love unagi, though.

wut...Dude, shrimp cocktail and barbecued shrimp kebabs are amazing, and shrimp goes really well in soups and salads.
Also, about them looking scary, there are very few animals I would not eat, among them being cuttlefish, monk fish, and sea urchin.
Lobster is very delicious.
Especially with ketchup. Yum.
Do you even know how to cook a lobster? Oh wait I guess you don't because your intellect is the same as a less adequate Texan, but due to monetary values you believe it gives you an air of intelligence.

I tried a shrimp plain and it crunched and grossed me out. Plus each one was alive that's creepy compare to eating a part of a cow. As far as seafood goes I've only had seaweed, fish sticks, and tuna.

I spose one could say eating scary animals is better than cute ones ha. I don't know I wanted one for a pet as a kid so I couldn't imagine eating one now. I'd stick him in a tank and name him instead prolly.

kechup, eh? hmm. I could see it possibly being good with marinara sauce.
I've had fresh lobster from Nova Scotia when I lived there, was quite tasty. And when I visited Maine I went to a lobster farm and had VERY fresh lobster, it was quite delicious.
I AM THREAD KILLER!
I dont know why people mix lobster and steak. They are two different flavors and ruin the indulgence of the lobster by sticking it on the same plate and calling it a legit dish.
I think i like eating lobster as a lobster roll as opposed to having it on a plate. Though i do like that lobster is one of the easiest animals to peel its delicious meat out of. Its not hard work like crab.

Next time you are in Australia you should try some Moreton bay bugs. They look weird as fuck but they are so delicious. There isn't a whole lot of meat inside of them but when it is cooked properly it just melts in your mouth.
I hate lobster, it's gross.
And I live in Maine.

Just don't let the juices/sauce from the steak reach your plate or use two separate plates. It's an awesome meal. For my birthday, I had steak wrapped in bacon, lobster tail with butter, broccoli with sour cream, and a baked potato with sour cream. best meal I've had in a long time.
