Fact is, this bill will screw up a lot. Thousands of flash videos and games would be taken down because of music content, or even more small content that nobody should even care about. Even the smallest hint of a copyrighted song, and the whole video or game could be removed. This will cause MANY problems, and I'm surprised that Tom hasn't been a big advocate against this yet. At least not that I've seen, because this would cause many problems with the NG user base. I really don't see this bill doing much good besides ATTEMPTING to stop piracy, and probably for the most part failing.

And you realize that this will actually encourage stronger originality drive and that even if YouTube will be shut down it will open up a WHOLE GIANT HOLE in the market to fill up? For a long time I wanted to create a VideoSite which would be all about originality, therefore, I STRONGLY support this bill.
