I think there's something wrong with my pet hedgehog,I'm not sure if he has a tumor or a sore or something like that but on his head he has a round, pink bump just under his ears, and it doesn't seem like a natural color since he has grey skin. I don't have a picture but the bump is about the size of a pencil's eraser. Any ideas on what this could be?

I don't think it's that bad since I didn't see it on him yesterday, I think he got an infection from one of his quills getting stuck under his skin since I noticed an oddly shaped one that curved over and around
