Today, i realized that i eat way too less.
The last couple of days i just get really tired (to the point where i just fall asleep when i sit down) in the late afternoon, but i get enough sleep.
So i wondered.. why?
I told this to a friend of mine and she asked if i ate enough.

I rarely eat breakfast.. or lunch.. i actually only eat dinner.
Yeah, i'm definitely going to eat more and hope i get more energy from it.

Do you have healthy eating habits?

I picked up eating breakfast lately and trying to eat something for lunch, and I must say my dear old chap, it was a GREAT improvement to my feel throughout the day, I could finally feel my brain starting to work even more than before, the headaches I've had COMPLETELY went away, and the farts frequency has been reduced as well as the amplitude.

Eating healthy HELPS yo ass.

take the effort to eat a proper breakfast-lunch-dinner at the same times of the day, with small snacks in between. In 2 weeks your appetite will pick up tremendously, and you'll start to get hungry around the times you chose to eat.

That sounds logical. Kind of a Pavlov effect.

My eating habits are good. I always eat fruit with breakfast. I eat veggies with lunch and dinner. I drink water constantly. I try to eat 100 calorie snacks between meals. I consume a lot of whole grains and whole wheat foods.

Eating a big breakfast is very important. You'll get all your days energy from that and it helps maintain your metabolism.

eat breakfast every morning, and you'll find that come the afternoon you'll feel absolutely fine.

even if you don't feel hungry, force yourself to eat in the morning. it'll do you good.

I skip breakfast every day so I can get an extra 30 minutes of sleep.

Because rest > nutrition

In my eyes, anyways.

Well, that's probably my biggest obstacle. In the morning, it's hard to get up if i know i can sleep longer if i just skip breakfast.

Pretty normal eating habits, I think. I've started to stop eating sugar in the weekdays and that probably helps. And some workout, too :)

Yes but being so attached to sleep is actually a weakness of the mind, when you were a kid (at least when I was a kid) I used to get up IMMEDIATELY when I woke up in the morning to do shit, because, well obviously I was free do to anything I wanted to, nowadays you have responsibilities and people expect shit from you, that's why your mind loves rest more, it really is an obstacle you must learn to be able to FUCK away every morning cause it's not just going to go away...

I have enough days where i don't have to do shit. Even then, i have difficulties getting up.

This, but I eat on the way to school when I don't get up early.
