I did running exercise daily early morning...I think running is one of the best exercise to keep body fit and healthy.

Anyways, I can do 20 pushups and 40 sit-ups (I happened to do 25 one time). I don't leave my house often, so I don't do any other exercise. Occasionally, I do swim in the pool near me, which is good exercise. I'm nothing like the fatasses on this site that sit down in their parents basement eating grilled cheese and cheetos all day, believe me.
I do Escrima stick work, jog to work, push ups, crunches, stretching, and fucking.
That's how I keep in shape.
I lift my arms towards my face. I then chew continously while lifting my arms back towards my face again. Like in a repeated fashion.
Lift, chew, lift, chew, life, chew.
It's hard work.
