Like how much do you exercise, do sports, what kind of activitives do you have etc... It can be a short walk to lifting weights.
Littereary, what do you do to keep in shape? How much you work out? etc.
I walk a long walk home from school everyday, I take push-ups, biking, target shooting and lifting weights :)

Walking, running, situps, occasional pushups, occasional weights.
All at the same time.

Not really all that much. I'll do sets of 10 push-ups at various points throughout the day. Sets of about 6 biceps curls on each arm with a 13kg dumbbell, again at random points throughout the day. I generally only do these if I'm bored or waiting on something/someone.
Also if I take my dog out a walk we tend to go climbing up a fairly steep hill, so that's always good exercise but I only do that regularly if I'm not at uni. It takes about an hour if I take the shortest route but most of the time I'll go for a longer one that takes me to the other side of town.

I try to exercise once a day if nothing makes me busy.
I'm not afraid to admit it, I use women's workout videos. I used those all of mid summer and lost around 15 pounds but then gained it all back when school came in because I just stopped caring lol.

i run for an hour every other day, or at least twice a week if i don't have the time. usually do it on a treadmill though with a little bit of incline.
i also do weight training regularly, including free weights exercises. i can manage 40 to 50 push ups or 6 pull ups in one go.

Chrunches, push ups and lifting weights for at least three times a week.
It's super effective:)
It's impossible to use the bathroom in Denton's house, as not even his toilet paper takes shit from anyone.

I try to exercise two to three times a week when I'm at school (free gym access). And I try to do full body work outs, but if I don't have time I just do upper body stuff.

Squats, deadlifts, bench and cleans. I guess they're called cleans, I dunno.

They're called power cleans. At least that's what I've always called them.

Occasionally I'll do some push ups, crunches, and leg lifts, if I'm feeling like it.
And I usually walk around for 20 minutes before class starts.

I change my workout regularly, but it's usually a mixture of upper, core, and lowerbody exercises throughout the week.
My beloved pullups never leave the schedule.

Nothing.
I walk around a lot though, if that counts for anything.

I walk a lot as a hobby, not specifically for excersize but it's a plus. If I want to lose weight I'll cut down on food a lot.

Push ups (Regular, single clapping in between, or on my fists)
Sit ups
Jumping Jacks
Chin ups and pull ups (various kinds to work out different parts of the upper body)
Various dumbbell exercises (biceps, triceps, shoulder muscles and trapezius muscles)
Squatting exercises with dumbbells
Bench pressing dumbbells
The dumbbells I'm using are 20 lbs each, by the way. Not a lot, but it's all I have, and I do several reps in each exercise in any case.
I don't know how much weight I max on bench and squat, but being a skinny mother fucker, I can do twenty pull-ups and twenty seven chin-ups.

I used to go to the gym religiously, but I'm sooooo sick of the atmosphere. The young kids everywhere leaning on the machines talking about who they banged at last night's party. Only one female bathroom which is always occupied by someone putting on tanning lotion or dressing out. One co-d shower. Total suckage. Horrible pop music.
So I'm ordering a total gym and a tread climber and I'll just torture myself here at home.

I walk to school with a heavy backpack each day. In winter my body adjusts to the cold environments and I stay warm thanks to my leg and body muscles (I'm warmer carrying a heavy backpack than nothing). In warm weather my body sweats and adapts to the heat so I don't complain unlike those who just stay in the air conditioned house.
Does a simple stretch in the morning count? Stretching before exercising reduces injuries so I consider it as part of exercise.

I only do that in P.E the only time I'm supposed to, unless riding bikes for about 30 minutes counts.

At work I do sit-ups, run around, squats (using a child as the weight), and walk. At home (and sometimes at work) I do yoga. My gym stuff is fixed so I'll be able to lift weights again and run toO!
The sig that I'm wearin? Awesomely made by Skaren!
Also, I like annoying Americans by calling English football "real football" and American football "rugby".-Lost-Chances
