I've downloaded a Flash Pro 30 day demo and have been working on anime for the last two days. I've posted some earlier sketches but this one is finally finished and ready to be displayed. It's based on Simon from Gurren Lagann. So...tell me what you guys think.

Even if the fish arn't taking the bait at moment ,you should continue to post more art so that odds would be better.
The image is extremely flat. I feel like he could just be scraped off the floor with a spatula.
There needs to be some more defining lines in the chest, and a bit of shading would help too.

I did do some shading, it was just to light to notice after I posted it. Tommorow I'll darken him up some.

Besides the lack of adequate shading (I can see the blurrines along the edges, but that's not very good shading) I think the main problem is the inconsistent lineweight. His chin has a really thick line which it really doesn't need; his left shoulder has a thin line, but his left arm a thick line... it doesn't seem to make any sense.
Try studying some cartoons/animes you like; specifically study their lineweight. See how they have thicker lines in certain areas and thin lines in others. Lineweight is kinda hard to really get right, but it can make or break a drawing. Another option is to draw everything in the same lineweight; although in flash that means you can't zoom in or out (without also changing your brus size).
The brush in flash has a "smoothing" setting, wich basically smoothens your lines. However; it tends to get a bit carried away, try setting the smoothing to a lower point, maybe 50%, depends a bit on your style of drawing.
NG's own JohnnyUtah made some pretty decent and fun tutorial videos for drawing (and coloring) in flash; I suggest you check them out.
The face is a bit squif, the eyes are too oval, the hair is alright but could do with altering, the clothes and shoulders are too square and you need to work on the body anantomy a bit more.
