Plus, having a thread means I can post some of the stuff I don't feel deserves to be in the Art Portal, so there's that!
I'll be sure to post my new works as I make them.
Right then, let's start this off with the more serious stuff, in this case studies.
Study of some pretty bitchin' leg armor.
(Armour sure is fun to draw)
Study of the painting "Shy Peasant", by one of my favourite artists, Ilya Repin.
(Sorry about them all being studies so far, it's mainly what I've been doing to try to get better)
Awesome stuff man, I was quite impressed with your contribution to the selfportrait collab and I see the rest of your work is easily as awesome. Good to have you sharing your stuff in the forum, feel free to post wips here too, should be interesting.
Impressive man. Looking forward to seeing some of your "originals"..

good jowb. I need to do some studeis too....
This is very good stuff. I like your understanding of light reflection and textures.
Big thumbs up to you :)
Oh hey! Thanks again for including in that, you did a great job making that.
Which reminds me, I guess I should include my self-portrait here too.
I sadly have the problem of never finishing WIPs, one such example.
Thanks a lot everyone, and damn Vonshlippe, your work is really good!
Studies done while bored in class.

Ah, I thought I had seen this style look familiar.
Glad you made your own thread, this stuff is awesome.
And I'm crazy impressed by the reflections on the armour, you nailed the composition of the reflection.
Looks so realistic :O

Hey, I recognise Death of Marat, by David. Just wanted to point out I actually remember stuff from my art-history class. :P
Anyway, your stuff is really amazing. A lot of war and armour based drawings, which I can appreciate. :D
Do you also make real-life paintings? (With actual paint) or only digital ones?
Try not being a bitch for once, huh?
Wow, fantastic art work !!!! I look forward to seeing more of it !!
Don't really know what this is, didn't know when I was making it either.
As for original works, I've lately taken a shift from OC to study and improve, as I was not satisfied with what I was doing.
So most of my new work are studies, but I guess I'll post some of my silly original stuff.
lol, good times. i Just thought about it ash the main character should be like 25 years old. a nice simple humorous piece.
Art is vast as Love is deep, Trying to Explain the two is like trying to discover everything there is about the ocean.

Shit that Yamask is creepy.
REALISM FOR CHIlDREN'S SHOWS SCARES YOU!!!
That's some bitchin' technique you've got there.
Very nice lighting, especially on the armor studies
Man, I love how you draw metal. Great realism. But I think it's great that you can also transition to a super cartoony style. Nice range. Keep it up.
