How many people do we have in US prisons today because they chewed gum? You're a bright one.

You said we should be more like malaysia, In malaysia Chewing gum is a kaning.

Yea, I meant more like Malaysia as far as solving our prison overpopulation problem goes. Our problem is the large amount of murderers, rapists, thievs, etc., not gum chewing.

So I suggested that just setting them up with a room and board is not good enough, because they'll want to stay there... instead of working for the same thing when outside. So make it shitty enough for them in prisons, so that they wouldn't want to go back.

So you would perfer a punishment over rehablitation? Is that what you are proposing? I must admit thought it may be my young neive mind, This sounds to me nothing but inhumane. Physcial crime does not justify Physical crime.

So I take it you are against the death penalty? Obviously you must be.

Obviously... That's what sparked this debate...

So you are against the death penalty and any form of corporal punishment but you have no problems with joining the army if the U.S. was ever threatened? Why would the army want you if you can't pull the switch on a convicted serial killer. I don't see why its wrong for you to kill someone who just blew up the federal building in Oklahoma where there was a daycare and innocent children were killed. I mean the guy admitted it and everything. So there's no argument on if he was guilty or not.

If I were in a Kill Or Be Killed situation, then killing I would view as the option I would take. Though, I would assume my concious would scathe me for life. If someone kills, and no longer has the ability to kill, then murder is not justifiable.
