Thread has been made a million times before, but I bring some slightly new insight to the table!
Do you believe that being homosexual is something you're brought up into/born like?
I was thinking about how we have our different interests in school subject because we're all different like that. We also all have different food prefrences. Can homosexuality work the same way?
Is it something you sort of become/ grow away from as you grow up? Just like how some of us loved English class as kids, but loved Chemistry later in life. OR how we loved sugar coated caramel cubes dipped in kool-aid powder then moved onto broccoli and beef steaks?
OOORRR How some of us love lions, while others live Ponies?
Some of us love pork while others enjoy macaroni?
Some love to travel; Others are hobits?
There's some friends of mine that were gay, but straightened out over the years, just as some of my straight friends have gone bi or completely gay. That's what's made me believe that it's somethign like food and interests.
Not only do I not know what's going on, I wouldn't know what to do about it if I did.

I think it can go either way. For most it isn't a choice, but it is possible that people can go gay.
Can you feel it mister Krabs?

Besides the fact he isn't stating false facts like most republicans.

Haha, I just realized there's a fun way to troll gay people by answering this question with: 'Yes, it's a genetically defined choice.'

Nothing about your likes/interests is a choice. You don't choose to like broccoli, it's simply a fact that you like it.

There is no proof either way that homosexuality is a choice or that your born the way you are
I choose to be 'agnostic' about the whole thing and not give a shit

What interesting is that in TVSHOWs and other media, it is never depicted of men turning straight.
We certainly have women turning lesbian to straight but never men.

There's no proof of anything. It's just more commonly accepted bias.
Go to Iran and say gay isn't a choice (example).
