Eating healthy is expensive, but in the long run all of those calories and carbohydrates are totally worth it if you are aiming to become more fit.
Actually I'm not so sure if OP is really on such a healthy diet at all.
Peanuts are a great source of necessary fat, but peanut butter on the other hand often contains trans fat and other garbage they processed into it which is really bad for you. Secondly, I don't know if what he mentioned is the only thing he eats, but he's sure missing out on a lot of necessary fruit and vegetables then. Spinach and lemon juice alone won't do at all.
Last of all, working out that much isn't really good for your health anyway. From what I read, all those muscles make your immune system weaker in fact. I know it sounds odd, but it was the result of a research that was held a while ago at the university of Pittsburgh. It was said to be the explanation for why the physically weaker men haven't died out via evolution. So point is, this bodybuilders lifestyle is actually not making you so fit and healthy as it seems to do.
