Looking for a Coder and Voice Actor

Ok so recently i created my own unique take on an animation series and for the second episode im looking to up my game and get a small team behind me to help make this series the best it can be, i have a basic understanding of coding and can write some by heart but i think having someone with slightly more of an understanding than I will help me greatly, i also am in need of a voice actor, anyone with a decent voice recorder who could maybe vary their voices a little.

Ill some it up easier now:

Coder:
An average understanding of coding on flash.
Be able to code buttons, title screens and sound.
Work on time and be reliable.
Have the knowledge to add Advertisements to the loading of the animation to boost our revenue up.

Voice Actor:
Have decent equipment good enough to have a clear voice with no interference.
Be able to vary voices 'more discussion will be made about what voices upon entry to the team'

My timeline for this series is to have an episode out every week, working on average everyday for myself with the odd day off inbetween due to work etc. however the coder will not be as active as me on this project nor will the voice actor and thats purely down to the fact my role is Artist, Animator and Author however upon acception to the team you will notice that we will all work as a team and no leadership will be seen, we will make decisions together and any money made off this will be all distributed evenly.

The first animation in this series has already been released on NG and can be found at my page under 'TPC Legacy' its a small animation that leaves many blank canvas' for people to think about, then give us feedback on what could happen next and from this feedback we will develop the story more.
Id direct link the animation to here but im not to educated with the rules in this forum so don't want to step out of line and have this thread closed.

Other things i should quickly add are:
I'm going to be using AS2 for all animations.
I already have an Audio Artist on team and he will provide any music for the animation.
This is going to be a long period of time before we have finished our whole series, we will get to know each other quite well and i want anyone to be prepared for the long time commitment.
Even if you are only a voice actor or coder we could still talk about letting you do any other part in the production of this series, it will be discussed as a team and based on your skills in the desired area but will not effect your share in any profit from the animation because all profit will be distributed between all 4 of us at 25% each.
