The problem is when I go to my flash submissions and hit edit on that particular movie. The next screen that pops up is the uploader. It uploads the file but then the page will not scroll down past the 'author credits' window.
I took a screenshot to show what I'm talking about:

I've tried refreshing the page and opening in different browsers and I don't know what the hell to do. I have another movie on here that doesn't give me the same problem, it's just something to do with that particular movie I guess.
I figure as a last resort, I can just delete my original movie and upload the new one, but I don't want to loose my page views/score/favs.
does anybody have any suggestions?
It looks to me like the page isn't completely loading. However, when I go to the edit page for one of my submissions, it loads up just fine. Is it possible you're having a connection problem? What happens if you hit Ctrl-F5?
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!
Please help fund my horror novel. I'll love you forever.
I just tried ctrl+f5 from a different computer and nothing changed. I still couldn't scroll down. I figured if it as a connection problem then I wouldn't be able to scroll down in my other movie. But editing that one works fine.

Which movie are you trying to edit? The only thing I can think of is that it's been viewed or favourited too many times for you to change or delete the file. You could try submitting it as a new movie, and then deleting the original, although you'd lose all the reviews and votes.
it's this movie:
If it comes down to it, I'd rather just keep the crappy audio than to submit it again.

Hmm... That's not a whole lot of votes or reviews at all. I can't see why it would be barred from being edited. You may want to send Wade a PM, with "Flash Portal Help" in the subject line. I'm not well versed enough in Flash or site coding to give you any more info than that. Good luck.
I don't think this is a problem with the site itself at all, so I don't think you'd accomplish much asking the staff what is up.
It looks like your had a hiccup while your browser was saving the page to the cookies/cache storage area and now, every time you try to access that page your browser trying to save time by loading what it has already saved.
Try clearing your cookies and cache (actually delete them not just press ctrl+F5)

Well he said it only happens on one submission, and that he tried F5ing on a totally different computer, which tells me it's a site issue.
