Gee, this makes me realize how little I have been interacting with girls over the past couple of years, or really my whole life! I have heard some girls say stuff like that before, but never at a frequency. It's probably only done by high school girls because in college, I actually am surrounded by more girls and they seem to have a much better vocabulary than the stereotypical ditzy ones you run into in those times.

Like others have said, when girls send short, passive aggressive texts like that, it's basically them letting you know they are irritated with you without actually letting you know, which is kind of immature, but what happens regardless with some women. If this is your girlfriend you're talking about, you may want to look into things because she may be irritated or pissed by something you said or did. Guys are usually a lot more straight-forward with letting someone know they are upset, but women are extremely non-confrontational in a lot of cases, so that's her way of saying you've fucked something up. I'd look into that.

Another thing about this... some people -- not just women -- cannot stand talking about an issue until they are ready to. I know myself, I really like to be alone and think about things when something is really bothering me, and if a person I'm extremely upset with wants to talk things over when I'm not ready to, I'm really afraid of saying something I may regret later. So passive-aggressiveness could also just mean an unwillingness to confront the situation at that moment.

If she's just doing it to annoy you or piss you off, I'd call her out on it and tell her it makes her seem really immature.
