I just baked a cake, and for some reason my mind has been on cake a lot lately. I got to thinking about my favorite kind of cake, and different frosting and other cake related things.

What is your favorite kind? Surely it must be red velvet.

To anyone who thinks about saying "LOL teh cake is a LIE!!! ^___^" you're horribly unfunny.

I have two favorites. One is a white cake (you just use the egg whites) with chocolate frosting, and the other is a carrot cake with this sort of cream cheese based frosting. I'm not sure exactly how the frosting is made.

Also, did you know that the Icelandic word for cake is "kaka"?
