The Playboy photo is fake ( or is of a Britney look alike ).
how do I know ?
Look at this photo of Britney from TRL, as you can see she has a tattoo near her waistline which is not present in the so-called Playboy photo...

The photos in question are of a look alike and to be honest, the look alike looks better than the original.
