They sent a shitload of spam with it, and now my account is blocked, and they wont let me unlock it unless i have a phone that can recieve texts (i dont), even though the administrators clearly understood that it wasnt me that sent all the spam

If that's the case, it's just automated and your password wasn't secure enough. Happened to me a few times and plenty of other people. Accounts get compromised.
