ninja turtles/street fighter collab

i was think maybe i should do a collab to get more involved with the community here. the rules are simple.
1.the short needs to be funny, this collab is not meant to be taken seriously( there can be some adult content like the nin10doh collection but dont go overboard)
2. need to be at least 10 seconds or longer, the limit is a minute and a half(unless i approve of a longer one)
3. be creative with this whether its sprite animation or hand drawn flash( id prefer hand drawn flash though)
the due date for the shorts will be December 15. and i also need someone to make a preloader animation

Wait wait wait! What is the collab even about? What are the flash frame dimensions? what is the FPS of the flash. What flash version are you using to compile all the entries? And in my opinion the due date is kinda soon. But thats my opinion :|
