I dont know how to get the pictures uploaded. it says that i can only put letters numbers and signs in the tags area? i dont know what the hell is wrong with this. can someone instruct me to fix this dang problem.?

I think the message is pretty self-explanatory. You're obviously trying to put a character in the tag area that the system doesn't like. So to be safe, try sticking with just letters and no spaces. See if that works.
