I'm so glad I didn't hop on the MW3 bandwagon this year like I did for MW2 and Bops. I have now matured and realized that it's not worth the time that's spent unlocking imaginary things.
I just cant put up with that sandbox game play anymore, which is exactly their aim, to keep you like a rat in a box chasing the golden cheese, whether it be the prestige emblem or golden guns that don't mean shit after you get them that you will spend countless hours trying to achieve, while some hacker will get it in an instant making you lose credibility for your "hard" work. It's really ridiculous how many people missed work/school just to buy/ play this game. All I can do is laugh at these people and congradulate myself for not falling victim to being a COD sheep
Please ventilate your thoughts and happy Veterans Day; remember the troops and toy soldiers that dedicated their lives for our enjoyment
my friend got it, after a little while got into a match and he was like WTF RAAAAGe and then told me it was pretty good....also just watched the yogscast play and saw 2 aimbotters in their match and 1 guy using a grenade launcher. i'm glad i've been playing bfbc2, have played bf2 and will being getting bf3. i like fps/war games and i'm not playing the arcade shooter piece of * they have been re-releasing each year.

hey man just because you don't like a game doesn't mean you gotta be snotty about it.

That's the complete opposite of sandbox game play you twat. A sandbox game has no goals and is free to play.
Your point has been rendered invalid. Also, took you long enough to realize the COD machine was producing the same shit over and over again.
I wasn't trying to be snotty, I was just stating how I feel about this gimmick of a game
I meant "sandbox" as in little kids (possibly you) like to play in, not actual sandbox game play style because every1 knows COD is a linear game
Yes defiantly, I feel the same and this should be it !
You claim that the game is bad and evil because "it makes you a rat chasing the golden cheese" manifested in the form of all the achievements and prestige levels. You go on to call it "hard work".
Sounds like the problem is from you, not the game.
Most people tend to (or at least, most people *should) play games for fun, not with a strict schedule of attempting to go through tasks even if they are undesirable or will not give you any sense of enjoyment.
I never prestige-ed once throughout all my time playing any of the COD games. I just didn't want to. I just played however way was fun and stopped playing when it stopped being fun.
It's good that you matured though.
Funny how one of the people working on the games said on twitter to"rate up MW3 because it is getting suspicious low scores on metacritic."
doodz only 10 more exp and ill unlock sparkly green camo for my gun!
That was a great post. Right Zach?
If you have any taste in RPGs, skyrim did pretty good.

You do notice that it was designed for entertainment purposes in mind, particuarly for the mulitplayer crowd?, I mean, it's not like MW3 was going to win awards for it's storyline to begin with, considering that it was continuing from where MW2 left off.
If you don't like the game, then that's fine and dandy, but just because it's similar to Modern Warfare 2, doesn't make it bad overall. What did you really expect from them, not carry on with the story, no matter how paper thin it is?
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

LOL- I read about that to, he was basically saying, "Dude, if your truly on MW3's DICk (like you should be) then you will create a metacritic account to improve our shitty rating to make us look good and don't forget to Tweet and share on FB with your friends."
If thats not despretly lame then I don't know waht is

I wanted to get Call of Duty: Black Ops when it came out but by then we went on holdiays, and I seem to forgot about it. Now I decided that I should just get Battlefield 3.
