Can anybody make me some cool art.
I'm making an animation and I need a picture for it.
If you want I have a Skype which I use for voice actors, artists and stuff
So pm me here and I'll let you know what to do

try giving some better idea of what you want... style, type, time frame?...

also are you going to pay the artists?... give them a name slot in the credits or something...

you are leaving it very open ended... try to give as much information as you can in your starting post.
