You will hopefully notice the banners for Ragnarok on the front page of NG this month. Ragnarok is an on-line anime RPG that a lot of NG users will be interested in. Sign up on their site if you have any interest in trying it!

We're very pleased to have sponsors like this. I don't know if anyone has noticed YET, but I've slowly began pulling some of the less desirable ads from the site. If everyone supports games like Ragnarok, more game advertisers will follow, and less pop-ups (and other undesirable ads) will be necessary. I hope everyone supports our clean, quality sponsors! Remember, NG has grown into an expensive beast to run and maintain! Our next round of hardware upgrades will cost more than a BMW!

YOu know what would be great, Tom? A BIG advert for bumcheekcity.com on the front page, just below the Flash NavBar. Or something like that.

Either way, load the front page up with ads all you like, it doesn't matter to me, since I dont go on it. Actually, that Ragnorak Game looks pretty good.

Well I would love to give it a shot and support NG, but looks like I can't get that CD delivered to the UK (unless I have a pal in the US). So apart from a bit of clicky, clicky on the banners, there's no Ragnarok for Leesy.

ragnarok is pretty cool, i'd definitely look forward to seeing more video game related banners around. the kill bill & punisher banners that were up about a month ago were nice as well. hope there is more of the like to come in the future..

Ragnarok Online is a big hit here in the philippines.. it's a great game and i think it's a fitting sponsor for newgrounds............ if i were you tom, i'd get the BMW....

Now that you mention it, yeh, it is likely that even if we clean up the rest of the site, some of the adult-themed pages (dress-up games, dating sims) would retain some adult ads.

Good game but lags like shit whenever you're on peak times... which you can't be totally sure of because it's not American. Korean, I think. So you get a lag spike between 7:00 and 10:00 AND whenever the Korean general internet-using population... uses the game. Plus you only get a free trial so that once that time is up you have to switch. And this is a game where it isn't any fun to continually renew new accounts and start over. I'm sticking with City of Heroes for now. You should get an advert from them. I think many NG users would enjoy the game... but then again I doubt they would fork over the cash for it. Whatever, thanks for "the ultimate NG-ing machine"

Ragnarock is a kick ass Game. 3d surroundings and the players and monsters are 2d sprites. Really cool style. Its a lot of fun to play once your leveled up and got a job such as Mage or Swoardsman. Countless items to collect and buy. Which you can trade with others and the NPC. Anyone interested should check it out!

I don't care if you want to post ads for "Canibal Childcare", if it means fewer pop-ups on the NG, I'm all for it! Seems like every time I click on a new field, someone wants to sell me a new PC, or interest me in their online singles service. Besides, it would be kinda nice to see ads for things a little closer to my fields of interest than the new "SbB Girl" photos, or whatever they are...
