Audio Portal: How Long Does It Take

How long does it normally take to get approved in the audio portal? Is it usually several days?

Yes. You are waiting for an audio moderator to listen to your audio to ensure that it doesn't contain likely copyrighted material, isn't just a terrible noise blasted at high volumes, etc. There aren't a lot of audio moderators and there's quite a volume of new people submitting. Once you are approved, you won't have to go through the process again (but if we catch you breaking rules you'll also never be able to upload again).

It can take a while if they're backed up. I know you're new, so you might not know already, but there is an Audio Forum, and they have a thread about exactly this topic. Try searching. :)

If I'm not mistaken, M-Bot sends you a PM and tells you whether or not you have been accepted.
