I've just finished the intro for an upcoming game and I wanted to know if I should upload it right away or wait until I'm actually finished with the game to upload both the intro and the game.

Seriously wait until you are done. I (like many others i'm sure) instantly vote for a blam if something is just a test animation cycle or an intro to an upcoming game etc.
