Movies, IDK. But there are a LOT of good black comic heroes. Never really had to pick my "Favorite black superhero," but if I had to, I'd say Static Shock. Read him or watch the show sometime.

I think Newgrounds is failing to grasp the difference between "good black superhero movies" and "campy blaxploitation movies"

Also, for the record, "superhero" tends to imply either they have super powers or some sort of super science (see: batmobile, iron man suit, steroids and a gun)

It is hard to make a good Black superhero movie, when you think about what the Superhero universe has to offer. Giving that Blade is awesome, and Catwoman is... not horrible, there aren't so many other black superhero that would make a good Superhero movie. Although I think Steele good have been... good if it had been done right and had an actual actor.

Catwoman is one of the wosrt superhero films ever made. STEEL could have been a good movie - had they had gotten a REALactor. It would have done the Superman franchise justice.
