Newgrounds Dumping Grounds Fla Cs5 2011-10-29 10:18:13 Reply

Why is it when I copy and paste layers and frames from a Flash 8 document to a CS5 document and upload the FLA file to Newgrounds Dumping Groups, it says

Error - This file appears to be corrupt or mis-named

It shouldn't be corrupted and it isn't mis-named.

Is this a common problem? Any way to fix it?

They haven't updated the dump to accept CS5 yet. Save it as a CS4 file and it should upload without errors.

What Nae said, I've been getting this problem in the past; hopefully the redesign will change things, but I'm not counting on that for the time being.
