I got banned from the audio portal

And I'm not sure why, I do have good idea though during my early days I tried to submit something I made in Magix Music 16, so I got banned because it was horrendous or it had some copyrighted sound clips or some shenanigary.

Now I'm going to flat out assume that there's no force in the cosmos powerful enough to lift this ban not even the culminated power of every brony and homestuck fangirl on the web can lift this ban. From then to the end of eternity I am permanently banned from participating in the audio portal unless Tom Fulp himself deems me worthy of pity and unbans me.

So does anyone here know why I got banned? Because I don't know and it's really eating away at me... now anyway because I tried to upload a dumb little voice demo and I just got reminded that I was banned.

I'm happy that I can still upload images and I assume flash movies so I guess I can jsut go the long way around to upload an audio clip with little half assed animation.

On the off chance that there is a higher power is there way for me to get unbanned from the audio portal or am I just pretty much boned?

I don't know about getting the ban lifted, but you could probably just make a new account for submitting music, unless of course it's an IP ban. Send Wade a PM explaining the situation; make sure the title of the PM is clear and specific.

Duuuude! You're totally screwed! They're probably going to delete your account now when they see this! I'm on your side though man, I'm emailing a bulletin board system moderator as we speak so I can help persuade them to reduce your punishment from complete grounds gold account deletion to just to a ban for life (so that at least the things you've submitted can stay up and you'll be able to visit the website). But I don't know how it will go over, they usually don't listen and these things usually go the same way every time, they have a habit of selecting the harshest punishment possible I'm sorry to say. If only you would have been patient and waited for the ban to be lifted on its own, and not have made a jackass out of yourself in front of everybody!

How is it no obvious that I clearly don't know what I'm doing plus the initial banishment was far more than a couple of months ago so by the time I tried to upload again I thought for whatever reason I've been banned was lifted.

And I'm genuinely freaking out here so thanks for that- nothing adds to depression like smidgen of panic attack.

Actually "OneintEternity" sounds better but I'm not gonna make a new account and if it's an ip ban it would pointless anyway plus ONEintheinfinite it's kind of personal since it's pretty much the handle I use for pretty much everything.

SymbolCymbal is tricking you big time my friend. If they find out you made an alternate account your IP address will be permanently banned from the website and all it's affiliates. This is your final warning, you're skating on paper-thin ice at this point, I'd watch yourself if I were you...

Begging for ground gold account deletion?! Have you lost all your senses?! If your account is deleted you will never be able to make a new one, and you will only have Silver® access to the website, which is extremely limited. It's not worth it at all, what you need to do is start a petition and get several member references/vouchers for your audio portal ban reversal.

I'm not quite sure what's going on here but I'll clarify some things before you get a smiling man in a banana suit appearing at your doorstep.

You probably got banned because you were using Magix Music Maker. Magix puts every song you make with it under its own license and posting them on Newgrounds is violating that license.

Making a new account if you got audio-banned is perfectly acceptable - do NOT make a new account to get past a BBS ban and I'm pretty sure you can't do it if you're review banned either (but I'm not sure about that, so don't count on it), although when you get audio banned, the only way to submit music to the Audio Portal again is by either getting your ban lifted from a force in the cosmos powerful enough to do so, or making a new account.

Basically your account is audio-banned. Your IP isn't. Just make a new account, submit a legitimate audio submission, follow the rules, and if you want you can even PM me and I'll give you an instant approval so you won't have to go through the long approval process again.
