I think we talked about this on here before.

Why not just ignore him, a high school isn't necessarily small... If he's trying to fuck with you, there are places you can go to avoid it.

You have a counselor at school, who you can talk to. He will contact the proper people to deal with it.
If the bullying gets serious enough, which it probably already has considering it's been going on for so long... He could even get a police officer (most likely the school resource officer) to come in and give the punk a little scare.

Don't be afraid to tell the right people that you're being bullied, you already tell complete strangers online, you should be able to tell an authority at your school and let them deal with it... Don't let this bitch ruin school for you, and don't let him make you do anything you'll regret.

Shit like this isn't even necessary, people that are getting bullied can take this seriously and actually do it. Have you been bullied ever? Viktor's been bullied for quite some time by now and there's no doubt that it does quite a bit of damage to someone, a person being bullied isn't always in the right state of mind.

In many U.S. public schools, both parties are usually suspended due to lazy disciplinary policies that have somehow been seen as justified by the appointed disciplinarians who handle this kind of issue. Of course, I disagreed with him, stating that people often start fights for stupid reasons and are often unreasonably provoked into starting fights. He countered that verbal provocation from the person who doesn't start the fight but is hit first is sufficient grounds to suspend both the aggressor and the victim. While verbal provocation is unjustified and can tempt someone into fighting you and landing the first punch on you, it shouldn't be grounds to have you suspended along with your aggressor.

Here is a story to make you feel better OP (it always makes me feel better):

Back when I was in my second year of high school there were some kids selling marijuana and cigarettes, I didn't want to get involved but I told someone else and they started trying to convince me to tell the school about it, I said that we should, I didn't end up doing it (I was going to at some point possibly) but the other guy did it.

Someone got suspended, and since some of my friends knew about me discussing with the kid that we would rat those guys out it got slipped that I was the person who ratted them out.

Now one of the drug sellers friends who was involved with it got really pissed off.

Science class ended and this pissed off kid was in my pastoral class, I can't remember how but the teacher left and the pissed off person somehow got me to stay in the classroom (I can't even remember how or if he even did anything, I just remember being left in the classroom with him.)

Anyway he completely started hurting me really badly, he punched me hard in the face and started yelling and actually started smashing me face first into the table and clutching at my neck, I was scared as fuck and I kind of got up (he sort of pushed me off my chair and I fell down.)

I can't remember if he went at me again to keep attacking me or if he was going to stop but I got up and actually beat the shit out of him back, he wasn't expecting this at all (he wouldn't have expected someone like me to retaliate) and I started smashing him in the face and I pushed him onto one of the science counters and hurt his back REAL bad and he was in lots of pain, I was full of adrenaline so I kind of stomped on his hand.

Anyways I got suspended for the rest of the week and he got expelled, I told the school that I did it cause I thought I was going to die and that he was trying to knock me unconscious. Truthfully he stopped hurting me but there wasn't any camera footage and they were just going by the marks on my throat and face (I luckily didn't break my nose but my forehead was bleeding a bit and the bone above my eye hurt SO FUCKING MUCH.)

I have to say that was the best moment of my life, it was so fun beating the shit out of him. I still get death threats from the kids friends though and I think one of his Italian friends wants to follow me home and attack me (that would be scary)
