To all cat owners here, do you ever get into "meow arguments" with your cats? Like when your cat is meowing, do you meow back and forth to each other until one of you gives up? I justhad an amazing meow argument with my cat.

Yes. Fatty wants treats, so he meows at the cabinet door where we keep the treats, and if I say "meow" to him, then his cries get even more desperate, it can go on for quite a while and still be entertaining.

Yea I do that every now and again. My cat is very vocal to begin with. our "meow fights" are frequent, but not always fights.

I used to do that with the cat I had. Especially when I first got him because he was a stray cat that we took in and he hated being stuck indoors all the time at first, so he would walk around meowing to get out constantly.

I don't meow back, but I sometimes get into an argument of sorts with my cat. It usually goes like this:

My cat keeps getting into my turtle food. (Got an indoor turtle, red eared slider) I don't know what the hell is wrong with the cat, but it loves the turtle pellets. So even though I buy him the expensive kitty food from PetSmart, he waits til I'm in bed at 3:00 AM and destroys the turtle food all over the damn floor.

I need to have a meow argument with him.
