hi i am here to show u this tutorial howto setup something to make art its not MS paint mostly people use that but im here to just give a simple instruction
-i think the best free tool to make or edit photos is paint.net its a very handy and good tool u can do lots of things with it and its pretty easy its more like a profesional and better verision of paint
-the best paid got to be photoshop we might have all heard of it it is very good lots of things there
but lets talk about paint.net with this simple free software u can make lots of stuff
so have fun please dont hate on this post it might be helpfull for people who dint know about this

There is not much to reply about. The Wi/Ht is more for questions that for tutorials. If you have a tutorial like this, post in on your userpage. If you want to get more attention for your tutorial, post a link to it in your banner.
But this isn't really a tutorial. The only thing you practically say is: Paint.net is better than MS paint. And photoshop is good too.
If you want discussions, post a thread in the general forum saying something like: ''Paint.net is the best art program. Discuss.''
It will probably be a boring thread, but that is a better place for this sort of thread.
I'm probably not the right person to say this, but please do not bump your thread if there hasn't been a reply for 5 minutes. It's nearly at the top of the thread list, and people will still see it.
