just how you like it...
Anyways, OP, I'm 15 SO U CAN TOTALLY RELATE TO ME AMIRITE?!?!?

But anyways, I think you can pump up the contrast in that skull piece, as Kinsei had roundaboutly said.
I tend to have the same problem, and I find its easier to just back away from the piece for a bit, come back to it later, and make any changes based on your observations. If you're working digitally, its much easier imo since you can grayscale the image, look at your values, cry a little, and adjust from there. But if you take an art class, just ask your peers (and teacher) for comments and advice, it goes a long way.

Also with that piece is that the hand and cigarette package are badly scaled and put at a bad perspective. An actual cigarette box probably wouldn't be as tall, but would be thicker... the hand (as well as the structure of the face) could use some more realistic details.... joints, concave/convex areas, etc....
TL;DR: use some references.

The lion is definitely the best out of all of your artwork, and I agree with 50 that I wish there was some more consistency :/

Yeah, I'm going to definitely work on making everything I do as good as my lion. Funny thing is, I didn't even like how the lion turned out. I agree with the cigarette box. I wish I had more room but the contest had a restriction on size so I got nervous about the space I had for it.

So I tried the lines and positioning of the the eyes and stuff and instead of a different positioned face I tried a full on portrait. It's pretty really rough. And I just wanted to see what everyone thinks before I try to redraw it and but in some actual color.

Judging by the size of the upper half of the head, the lower half that's covered by the scarf/mask should probably be a bit longer.

Where is the rest of her head? She does have a slight forehead but the top of her hair/head is to low you should raise it in your final piece. Hope you get what I mean, would show you an example but currently this is off of my iPhone/iPod whatever you want to call it.

I'm not sure if everyone in my town sucks, or I'm talented. Lets dash my dreams now.

Age for drawing doesnt matter. U can be 100 or 5 and draw the same. Everyone learns to draw at a different pace. My uncle as a kid had his own art show before he was 12 and my mom cant even hold a pencil right.

*My opinion on your art.*
Thats really good. I cant even draw that well yet.

I hate giving drawing tips because I feel less qualified than many other artists on this site, but here goes...

First thing I noticed are the eyes. They are a little crooked. I would suggest drawing the basic shape of the face and drawing a line half way down the face horizontally to show where the eyes will go.

The hairline it far too high. The hair also stops at the top of the head, but hair grows out of the top of the head too, so you should draw it there. :\

Just recheck everything and make sure it lines up properly and that it's symmetrical and stuff. Otherwise, good job!

As it is right now, I'd say your art is messy more than anything else.

Don't get me wrong, you have some decent stuff in there, but most of the stuff you've shown so far lacks in technique and structure. As outlined by many people before me, try to plan ahead when drawing by sketching out the basic anatomy of whatever you're about to represent. Then, pen in the most important lines by adding thickness. Try to avoid unnecessary lines (like in your latest post...).

Although age is usually irrelevant to drawing skill, I'll concede I was probably around your level at age 15. Hopefully that will not discourage you.

Cheers, keep it up!

Does anyone know the slightest bit about collages? Anything would be of absolute help. I have this really pretty blue paper, I just don't know where to begin. What I should use.. How to go about it.. What type of subject matter.. Any subject matter?

well.
what does the color remind to of?

for me it reminds me of a sky and I would probably do a cloud or flying based collage.

composition is important!!! dont glue things down right away just lay them out.
