When you download it onto a 3G iPod Touch, does it delete all the apps and such? Because when some of my friends with 2G's got the iOS 4 update, it deleted all their apps, and I don't want that to happen to mine.

It's not supposed to do that but it could happen if something goes wrong. If you are really afraid of it happening you should make sure everything is backed up properly before you try it.

Lol are you serious about the wallpaper? Fuck that. I understand that Apples hero is dead but it's kinda insulting to FORCE apple users to have that wallpaper. Some of us have special things as our wallpaper that mean a lot more to us in personal ways than he ever did.

Nah, it's back again. Somehow, it didn't sync properly the first time. I was messing around with files (of books) while it was syncing, so it's probably my fault anyway.

iOS 5 took 4 hours to load, iTunes crashed several times trying to update, it failed to do a proper backup even though it said it didn't and I had to wipe everything off the iPad and now all my app data is gone.

I was going to update but I needed the latest iTunes. I downloaded it, but when it went to install it, it fucked up because it couldn't find a file called "Bonjour.msi" Decided to just not give a shit and not update, opened iTunes, "This iPod cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started"

I know what none of these words mean, god damn it.
