Deus Ex: Human Revolution is definitely the best game I've played this year so far. I guess my second would be LA Noire. Of course, I haven't played Dark Souls or Portal 2 yet and with Arkham City and Skyrim coming soon this is likely to change.

So far I guess my favorites are:

1. Portal 2
2. Bastion
3. The Binding of Isaac

Though I'm hoping Skyward Sword will blow all of them away. This hasn't been a great year so far, but not a bad one either, and Portal 2 in particular is fucking awesome. It's got some of the best storytelling I've ever experienced in a game, and it's all seamlessly integrated into the gameplay instead of awkwardly working against it like in most other narrative games.
