It's mostly associated with Americans. Like it doesn't matter if 100 000 of people in another country die, if they ain't White American, then you don't give a shit.

You're absolutely right about the majority of people, but I am not part of that majority. It's said that Americans are blind as to what is going on, and it's true. People here completely ignore politics and the military and everything. I am not one of those people.
